Winemaking: “sur lie” aging in small wooden barrels

Organoleptic properties:
straw yellow colour.
Ethereal scent, with notes of oxidative benzenes and flint,
derived from aging.
Dry taste, endowed with freshness.

Serving temperature: from 10 to 12 °C – 50/54 °F

Alcohol content: from 12% to 13,5% vol

Bottle capacity: 0,75 liter
