Gnocchi con pesto al mortaio

Ingredienti: flour, potatoes, eggs, basil pesto, Parmesan cheese, Sardinian pecorino cheese, pine nuts, salt and garlic

For our handmade gnocchi we use the organic potatoes we grow ourselves in the fields close to our vineyards. We dress gnocchi with a delicious handmade pesto (marble mortar, olive wood pestle and a lot of patience!) using the incredible basil of PrĂ , Ligurian extra-virgin olive oil, parmesan cheese, pecorino sardo (sheep's cheese), garlic from Vessalico and pine nuts from the Italian Riviera.
