Antipasto Piemontemare: tartrĂ  e torta di riso di Bosio

Ingredienti: cream, milk, herbs, peas, Parmesan cheese, onions, flour, rice, broth, eggs, saffron and butter

This dish joins two typical recipes of the poor peasant cuisine: a traditional pudding and a savory rice cake. We use simple ingredients and we mix them with Eastern spices.
