Vine: Cortese – Ancient vines obtained via clonal selection by the Consorzio Tutela del Gavi (Gavi Wine Protection Consortium)

Winemaking: temperature-controlled in a steel vessel

Grape maturation: in the bottle at least 6 months

Organoleptic properties:
straw color with greenish hues.
The scent hints of minerals, citrus fruits and pear.
The texture is broad and the finish is persistent.

Serving temperature: from 8 to 10 °C – 47/50 °F

Alcohol content: from 12% to 13,5% vol

Bottle capacity: 0,75 liter
